I have a problem downloading the CUPS printer driver to clean the ink head...

What can I do to clean the ink head of my printer PIXMA PRO-100 from my macOS Ventura 13.4 ?

Hi,

You can perform the nozzle cleaning directly from the printer by using the steps HERE. Also, please let us know if any error message appears when trying to download the printer driver from the Canon website. Or if there is no error, please provide more information about what happens when trying to download/install the driver.
