Hello,

I have been having an issue with my Pro-200. It keeps saying there is a paper jam and there isn’t. Already tried turning it off and unplugging it. Looked everywhere and can’t seem to resolve the issue. I’m trying to print on 5x7 envelopes btw. I already printed a few and they came out perfect and then I just got the error out of nowhere. The only thing I noticed, and am not sure if it is normal, is a yellow substance inside the printer. Not sure if it’s ink leaking or what. Is it something that needs to be cleaned? Could it be causing the paper jam error?
