Pro 100 printed thick black borders on 2 sides of paper

Hi,

I have been printing on 13x19 Canon paper for years without issue. I use the Print Studio Pro. This morning it printed wide black edges on 2 sides. See attached. Black edges on right side and bottom. I haven't changed any settings. Print Black borders is unchecked.

I printed an 8x10 print on a 8.5x11 paper and it came out normal.

Can anyone tell me why the black edges and how to prevent?

Adding another problem to this. The images on the 13x19 paper are 5x7, verified in PS. What printed out doesn't measure 5x7. They are all smaller by .5 horizontally and vertically. I have never seen that before either. Please any ideas??
