Well, the answer is Kromekote isn’t inkjet paper. (The website I purchased from had an inaccurate description.) ☹️

Looking for recommendations for glossy *inkjet* greeting card paper if anyone has a suggestion. I love the pop of the colors on photo paper but it’s not heavy enough to be a greeting card.

Hello, I am trying to figure out my brand new Pixma Pro 200. I need to print greeting cards and I got some really nice Kromekote glossy paper. However, I can’t seem to find a setting that works. It’s laying down too much ink and the lines are blurring/fuzzing. Also the color isn’t quite right. When I print on regular glossy photo paper it’s perfect.

hoping someone has a suggestion on which setting I should try. I’ve spent a few days wasting paper and ink trying to figure it out.

Kromekote is a brand name for a "cast-coated" offset press printing paper. Looks like high-gloss inkjet paper but the coating is not the same. Canon "Photo Paper Plus Glossy II" is the thing, Its thickness is 10.6 mil (thousandths of an inch /0.27mm.
