By that I assume they mean a pre loaded profile. They said they were then able to print from the top feed. On my Canon Pro 300 it looks like Baryta Rag paper is only selectable from the manual feed. Problem is the manual feed doesn't accept 5x7. Is there a work around to get the Baryta paper option for the top feed?
