Pixma Pro 100 print 12x12 paper

I am trying to print to 12x12 papers. I have figured out that if I use A3 paper setting I can print but there is a 2 1/4" margin at the top and I cannot seem to reduce the size of that margin so that I could print almost a full 12x12 sheet on regular paper. Any suggestions on how to resolve this so that I could have a 12x12 sheet print with just a tiny margin..

What paper type did you select?

paper size is A3.. Paper type is plain. I am using 12x12 cardstock.
