I think it would be a good idea to give Canon a call on Turesday. I am not familiar with Group 1 or Group 2 that you write about. Good luck with this problem.

I have a Pixma pro100 that was in storage due to a move across country. We moved ourselves and took care with our electronics.

When we were in our new home, I wanted to print some pictures. Group 1 would not print at all and the test page was blank. I deep cleaned the nozzles about ten times and used up all of the ink. Then I tried cleaning the print head to no avail. Again Group 1 failed to print.

I bought an OEM print head thinking the circuit was bad and added new ink. Again Group 1 failed to print. I cleaned the heads as well. Group 2 is fine.

I love this printer but at this point I am at a loss as to what to do.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you!
