Did you ever get this fixed? I had the same problem with a particular paper (Pictorico Pro High Gloss) with the Pro-300 I bought in May 2022. Canon replaced that printer with another one which has the same problem! (My old pro-10 handled this paper without a problem)

Hi,

Since you checked and found no paper jam, please try performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for this issue. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

We look forward to hearing from you.
