have a vexing problem with my Pro-10. When printing an image with a bright subject and dark or black background, there’s a zone of lighter black on the leading and trailing portions of the background. Oddly, this starts abruptly at the leading and trailing margins of the bright subject. Many nozzle cleaning cycles, a full print head cleaning, roller and base plate cleaning have all not fixed it. I'm usinng Print Studio Pro and see the artivact in both perceptual and colorimetric rendering intent. See attached photo.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Geoff
