I need help finding Canon Paper Profiles for Pixma Pro 1000

I need to send our IT Department the Canon paper Profiles so that they can install them in our printers. This was not done when they installed the new printers. I already told them that they needed to reinstall the drivers, which apparently they did , but now I have NO profiles at all!!! Help!!!

The printer profiles for Canon papers are installed as part of the Canon driver installation.

If you are using Mac computers a frequent problem is that the Apple AirPrint drivers are installed.

What computer OS are you using?

I know they were supposed to be installed, but they are not showing up. We are using macOS Monterey. JF

Did you verify that you have the IJ Series driver installed and not the AirPrint driver?

What software are you using with the profiles?
