    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! My pixma pro 100 is constantly showing streaks even when I preform all the cleaning methods available in the print settings. These are the results from my bottom plate cleaning. No matter how many times I preform the operation it still shows streaks. See photos of my cleaning attempts. &lt;P&gt;Based on the steps you have taken, you have done everything we would&amp;nbsp; recommend. Since the issue is not resolved by the cleaning, the printer would require service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program.&amp;nbsp;This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;/P&gt;
