Help! Pixma Pro 100 black streaks

Hello! My pixma pro 100 is constantly showing streaks even when I preform all the cleaning methods available in the print settings. These are the results from my bottom plate cleaning. No matter how many times I preform the operation it still shows streaks. See photos of my cleaning attempts. Also included a photo attempting to print on an envelope.

Hi,

Based on the steps you have taken, you have done everything we would recommend. Since the issue is not resolved by the cleaning, the printer would require service.

If the printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
