    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to connect my Pro 100 printer to my laptop. I was gone for several weeks and upon returning home it will not connect. I have done the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Removed and reinstalled the driver, several times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Tried connecting to Wifi and it won't even find the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Restarted my computer, unplugged everything and tried again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Windows 10 computer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me troubleshoot or have a suggestion on how I can get this to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Ann&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
