topic Canon Pixma Pro-100 unable to print custom size in Professional Photo Printers

I can't seem to print anything as a custom size through Adobe Photoshop. I am using CS6, trying to print wedding menus that are 4.75 inches in width 9.5 inches height. I even tried the Canon Print Studio and it doesn't work. It will feed the paper but then doesn't print. The yellow light turns on and if I press the paper feed button it just feeds it through.

I created a custom size with a number of margins and none work. I am printing on card stock using the rear tray as the manual feed doesn't fit that small enough paper.

It will easily print on something 4x6 but apparently custom sizes wont print. I have tried a lot of different settings but nothing works so far. Please help!

Thanks in advance.

I am using OSX10.9

Finally figured it out. You have to use the exact margins of what is suggested in the beginning and the image size can't go over that even if there isn't any image/text in it.
