Prograf 1000 Help

I use a Mac and just got the Prograf 1000. In the printer dialog box, I do not have the color synch option and and select ICC profiles. I was able to do it on my old printer but dont have the options on this one. I did download the CUP driver and that did not solve it. Can anyone help?

What software are you trying to print from?

When you added the printer did you add the IJ Series version or the AirPrint version (you don't want this one).

I have no idea of what version. How do you tell? I m not using software..just pulling up image on my desktop and hitting print. this is how I have always done it when I was using my Pixma Pro 100

I think i figured it out! I didnt have the info at the bottom portion selected. After i noticed it, i fixed it and i have the color matching now. Thank you sooooo much for trying to help. I really appreciate it!!
