Pro-100 borderless print with thin white border on the left

When I print borderless using Print Studio Pro, the photos are not fully borderless, there were always a very thin white border at the left edge. How can I to correct that?

Try increasing the amount of extension.

Not to sound completely idiotic but I always get sent to print shop pro. Where do I access a screen that looks like this?

That is the printer driver. There is probably a button to select printer setup in your software.
