I have snapped the plastic white piece on the underside of the IMAGEPROGRAF-1000 printer. This, I believe is causing an error message saying the printer is not leveled and wont print.
Does anyone know what the name of this piece is? I want to try and order it before having to send the whole thing in for repair.

Thanks in advance for any help!
