Pixma Pro 9000 Mark 11 wont print, Nothing happens, yellow light flashes 10 times

Pixma Pro 9000 Mark 11 wont print, Nothing happens, yellow light flashes 10 times. I have cleaned the print head throughly, replaced all ink cartridges, when you turn on the printer nothing happens. No noise, no print head movement, nothing. The yellow and green lights flash 10 times, pause and repeat over and over.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your help very much. I have zero knowledge of how to operate this printer.
The document link you sent says error 10 is a front printer tray issue. I opened the tray and started the printer. Still 10 blinking yellow.

Where can I find information on how to operate the printer? Do you have any other advise concerning this error 10 flashing yellow?
