topic imagePROGRAF PRO-300 print issue in Professional Photo Printers

<P>Running windows 11 on a 1 yr old computer. Never had a printer hooked up to this system. I bought a pro-300 and installed the drivers. All is good, or so I thought. Prints are really nice, that is when things work. It seems as though something happens that, after a few days of being able to print, I started to get errors while printing. After investigation, the print spooler stops. I restart it, and it will not stay running. Really makes it a pain to clean up the print queue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver to no avail. I have reinstalled windows to no avail. After a few weeks of trying to figure out what is happening, I am now reaching out to you to see if this might be a known issue and what a resolve might be. Thanks! Tim</P>
