      <title>Pixma Pro 10 Printing issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When printing on 8.5" x 11" paper, The printer is skipping or scratching the print in the top 1-1.5" and then prints just fine.&amp;nbsp; I do hear a scratching&amp;nbsp; noise when the page first starts printing.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Printer issue.jpg" style="width: 601px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/32837i3278B3EACDACCD46/image-dimensions/601x544?v=v2" width="601" height="544" role="button" title="Printer issue.jpg" alt="Printer issue.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See the attached scan of the top portion of a print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have printed other images on 4" x 6" card stock and they print as expected.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why the issue on 8.5" x 11" stock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a maintenance step I can do to correct the skip/scratch issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any suggestions.&amp;nbsp; Jerry&lt;/P&gt;</description>
