Getting Custom Paper to Show on Printer

Hi there, I have used the MCT to add a custom paper, however the paper is not showing up on the printer for me to select.....to make matters worse I can't get into print studio pro right now as I am working on a mac....any suggestions to get the custom paper to work?

If you are on macOS 11.6 there is a known problem with PSP not functioning and locking up the software, requiring Force Quit.
