Not able to print on PRO 2000 after Mac OS Big Sur 11.6 Update

Having an issue printing to my PRO 2000 printer from Adobe Lightroom since the Mac OS BigSur 11.6 update from Apple, does anyone have any suggestions? I get an error message each time.

Thank you for your help.

In Adobe Lightroom I select:

"Plug-in Extras" and then "Canon Professional Print & Layout"

The eror message that pops up when I select this states:

"This destination folder for this operation is missing. /Library/Caches/Canon/Professional Print & Layout/PIPL_LR_TEMP"

Welcome to the forum.

There may be two problems at work here.

The 11.6 update has affected any execution of PP&L and Print Studio Pro.

But even before that there was a problem where the indicated folder wasn't properly created and threw the error.

Going in and creating the folder manually allowed the process to proceed. But it was then broken again by 11.6.

Thanks for the reply John, I see now that many others are having similar issues, and have had so for a while.

Do you have any idea when Canon expects to have a solution?

I just launched PSP from the File plug in extras. it works. i watched a youtube video where it was lauched automatically from print settings in print in lightroom. is it supposed to launch from the print settings or from the plug in extras

Plug in extras in LrC and Automate in Ps.
