Welcome to the forum.

What is the source of the JPEG? I don't recall the specifics, but there were posts in the past about JPEGs that couldn't be opened by Canon DPP and it turned out they were processed in a particular software product.

My first post so be nice please.

I've just bought the Pixma Pro-200 and there is one pic (file?) in particular that as soon as I try to load it I get the message "An error has occured. Exiting Professional Print and Layout."

There is nothing special about this pic it's a normal jpeg. I've tried changing it to tiff but get the same result.

Any help would be appriecated as it's driving me nuts as all other pics will load and can be edited and saved fine.

The photo was originally taken with a phone camera and emailed to me.

No processing was done when DPP spat the dummy with it.

It's no biggie as I use Corel Paintshop Pro for my (very) limited processing anyway, I just thought it strange that DPP disliked this one pic.

Roger.
