    <title>topic PIXMA PRO 100 wont load paper in Professional Photo Printers</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted the Canon rep and he mentioned my paper is too heavy for the Pro-100 to print on, which is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Canson Aquarelle rag 11x17 for some prints and 4x6 heavy cardstock with deckled egdes(shown below) for most of my prints.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any reccomendations on printer settings for illustrator or Photoshop that would help the printer realize i am loading heavy paper ???&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use t&lt;SPAN&gt;he top loading Rear Tray&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and have to stand by the printer and essentially force feed the paper down for something to print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/30055i479B12A61270BC42/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="IMG_3080.jpeg" title="IMG_3080.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
