Hi there,

Error B200 pops up when i turn on my printer, says I should contact service Center. Tried turning it on and off several times and unplugging for some time and plugging it back in to the current but nothing. At one point it did start normally at which point I changed one of the cartridges but then went back to error B200. When the printer turns on directly in error mode i can even get the ink drawer to open, so if it is a problem of the cartridge installation I am not sure what I can do to fix it.

Has anyone had this problem before and managed to solve it?

Give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON and see if they have any ecomendations.
