Pro-200 Custom Paper Setting

I'm trying to use my Pro-200 to print Artist Cards of a size that doesn't appear in menu of page sizes on the printer's control panel. This was never an issue with my old Pro-100; I just set the paper size in Print Settings window when I print from Photoshop. So, I set the size to 'Other'. Now however, I get a Support Code 88. After canceling the 'safety margin checking' I get all sorts of warnings about paper size.

Is there a way to set a custom paper size, in my case Moab Artist Cards that are 4 1/2 x 5 13/16?
