    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using a Pixma Pro 100, Mac with 10.9, and Elements 12. &amp;nbsp;Conection is wireless. &amp;nbsp;The problem is that Print Studio Pro is installed, but when it try to use it i get a message that i need to install a printer that supports it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is working fine...printer makes great prints without using Print Studio, but i&amp;nbsp;need its&amp;nbsp;additional functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled drivers, etc, all to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;By the way, i emailed canon support 4 days ago but have not had the courtesy of any sort of reply.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
