Hello.

You aren't giving us much to work with, but frequemtly images with too much magenta are a sign of incorrect setting and double profiling.

1. what software

2. what are the settings in the print window

This is the settings:

Cyan = -4

Magenta = -26

Yellow = 11

Windows 10 is the operating system. What software are you printing from. Where are those color settings being applied.

Did you run a nozzle check to see if all cartridges are printing OK?

Thanks John....I am using the professional photo system that came with the camera. Those settings were just applied to one print and it still came out purple. yes I did a nozzle check. Last night I took the print head out and soaked it in a disstilled water, ammonia,and alcohol mix for several hours. I seemed to help but I havent had time to mess with it. I will to night. I am guessing you mean Digital Photo Professional.

When you said you ran a nozzle check I assume you also mean it printed OK?

Are these the settings you use in DPP when printing?

Are you using the print preview function? If so, try without it.

Download tghe test image from this site and print it.
