topic Large print gaps on page with Pixma Pro-100 in Professional Photo Printers

My Pixma Pro-100 is physically connected to my iMac and has been working fine, suddenly trying some new graphic prints on 11 x 17 cover stock two large images have massive blank areas. Even smaller 8.5x11 pages are showing the same gaps. Any thoughts on why it's happening would be welcome. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

When things suddenly change it is helpful to identify differences. If you go back to an image that printed well before does it still print OK?

If yes, what are the differences in the settings/conditions between what works and what doesn't?

If no, what changed with your computer?

Nothing that I know of had changed, but I think it's safe to say something did. Thanks for the response.

Greetings,

Please print a nozzle check pattern and share those results. If they have faint gaps or are missing print, follow the recommended cleaning procedure.
