PIXMA PRO-100 Error message 1300

I keep getting the error message 1300, Thre is no paper in the printer, i have even ran a piece of car through it. has anyone had this problem before and have a fix? I have a pixma pro-100.

i got the printer second hand and seen it working before I got it.

Hi John, thanks for the reply!

I have tried that, ive also pulled a piece of A3 card through so im pretty sure its clear as i did it mulitple times. I also tried going inot the maintence to run the roller cleaner but it wouldnt work due to the "paper jam"

Try removing power and pressing power button a few times. I had a situation once where the error message was "frozen" in memory.
