Canon Pro 100 won't feed paper

I'm trying to print 4x5.5 folded cards. paper size is 5.5x8. i have set the paper size within my art program and changed the paper size in the print settings. paper starts to feed then stops and yellow light flashes. Can anyone help figure out why it won't feed/print???
