PIXMA Pro Series 100-on Mac Issues changing paper type

I want to print on Online Labels clear matte sticker paper. But it does not give me different options for paper media type. I donladed the latest drivers and still. Can someone help me?

Welcome to the forum.

Downloading the driver is only half of the process. Have you installed gthe IJ Series version of the printer driver in the Printers & Scanners module?

Can you post a screenshot of the printer driver?

What software are you trying to print from?

Go to System Preferences->Printers & Scanners and see if you see something like this:

Okay. Looks like the pribter is installed properly.

What software are you trying to print from? Do you know how to take a screenshot? Can you post a screenshot of the print dialogue of your software?
