Canon Print Studio Pro won't recognize network printer (pro 4100) on Windows 10

I recently purchased the Canon Pro 4100 printer and installed it successully. However, every time I open Print Studio Pro in Photoshop it tells me "A printer supported by this software is not found..." and immediately closes.

I can print from Photoshop and Lightroom without a problem, but Print Studio Pro won't even open without recognizing the printer. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers. I have re-installed them over and over. I am using the latest version of both Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2020.

I have seen this exact problem solved on here but with a Mac. I am running Windows 10. Please help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

Welcome to tne forum.

PSP is not compatible with that printer. You want to download Professional Print & Layout from the Canon support site.
