      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PRO 100 is no longer printing Magenta. &amp;nbsp;I've replaced the Cartrige twice I've cleaned the print head using all the techniques and solutions I've found on the Community to no avail. What could be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
