      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Pixma Pro 100 has suddenly stopped working. It printed one sheet then decided on the following print jobs "Stopped 'filter' failed' 1 page"&amp;nbsp; I have updated the drivers to Catalina and updated Catalina just to make sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took downloading and installing the driver several times and several restarts of my computer and laptop. All very weird.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
