printing 5x7 glossy problem

Hello, I've been printing 5x7 Staff photos, edited DNG files with Photoshop 2020 through print studio pro without any problems. I place a 5x7 Tiff file I created a couple of years ago in photoshop and set up the print like the others that I've been succesfully printed. All of the settings are correct yet when I print this 5x7 photo it prints a 4x6 on the 5x7 photo paper.

I'm not sure what going on?
