    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand page 67 instructions.&amp;nbsp; That seems to control only what is displayed on screen to the photographer.&amp;nbsp; I want to be able to display the time and date to the movie viewer of the final output.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps that doesn't make sense.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps I need to contact Canon directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you talking about displaying the date and time code while the camcorder is connected to a monitor or TV? &amp;nbsp;If yes, are you using the HDMI cable to connect it to the desired viewing device? &amp;nbsp;Have you tried using the AV cable or the component cable when connecting the camcorder to the monitor or TV? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to display the date and time on the video after you have put in the final format for viewing (DVD or file or uploaded video) then the ability to display the date and time may depend on the editing software you use and it some cases it may require plug-in for the editing software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
