topic Automatic zoom in Professional Video

I have a Canon Vixia HF11 which I like a lot and which gives excellent results.

It has just decided to automatically zoom to the maximum telephoto position, from whatever focal length I am using.

I don't know of any setting that would cause this and find no suggestions in the manual. Has anyone experienced

this? If so, I'd be happy to hear your comments and suggestions.

Thank you,

John

Bad, or dirty, button? I would contact Canon Support at 1-800-OK-CANON, for guidance.
