EOS C50 raw format not able to edit on Premier Pro

Good afternoon,

I started shooting on 7k raw format with my Cannon EOS C50. Everytime that I'm trying to import the files into Premiere Pro is giving a lot of messages of missing frames, audio not support and then I'm getting this pink line on the bottom. Please help. I paid more than $4k for this camera.

What does Adobe say? Do you have the latest version?

DPP should be able to transcode it to something you can use.

At the very least you should try in DPP to see if it is not a card issue or corruption problem.

I have another Cannon R5C and I shoot on 8k and have not problem. I have tried several cards and it’s only with this 7k raw format from this camera. What is DPP?

Canon's Digital Photo Professional: Canon's Raw software.

Raw files need to be developed differently for each camera.
