Greetings ervz,

To successfully uninstall the Auto-Tracking Add-on from your CR-N700, you must first ensure the application is fully deactivated by setting the "Auto Start" option to Off and then restarting the camera via the system menu or a power cycle. The "Delete" button often remains greyed out if the camera still considers the application's resources to be "in use" by the background system, even if the service appears stopped. Once the camera reboots with the application in an inactive state, the delete option should become available in the Add-on settings, allowing you to clear the way for your firmware 1.6.0 update.

In case the issue persists, then we would suggest to please call our support team by phone. Their phone number is 1-800-423-5367 and are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, excluding holidays.

My camera is a Canon CR-N700 PTZ.

I am trying to uninstall the auto-tracking add-on that I trialed but there option to "Delete" remains disabled despite stopping the service. I am trying to upgrade to the latest firmware (1.6.0) and it seems this add-on is preventing it from happening (my other cameras upgraded fine all of which do NOT have auto-tracking installed).

Please help me get this off of my camera.
