How to control Canon CR-N100 via a Mac

Hello!

I recently purchased a Canon PTZ CR-N100. We did not purchase the physical controller for the camera as there was the option for the software control to control the camera itself. We are using Apple Mac computers and it does not appear that there are any software option for our Mac computers to use these cameras. Do we have any options to control these cameras with a Mac computer or are our only options to buy a physical controller or use a PC. For reference I am currently using macOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

Unfortunately, the software is not available for macOS Sequoia 15.6.1. You may check to see if you are able to download and install the Remote Camera Control application for macOS Ventura 13 to see if it will work on your computer. You may download the software by clicking on the following link which will open the product support page for the CR-N100 camera. On the drop-down window for the version of the operating system, select macOS Ventura v13.
