CR-N300 Live Video lighting reflections & "blooming" effect.

We use the CR-N300 cameras with a RC-IP100 controller for live video which is projected onto auditorium screens and mixed for live streaming on social media via pro-presenter and RESI studio. What settings should we use for Live Video lighting reflections from skin and preventing/ correcting the "blooming" effect? Is there a professional webinar series or class that we can join? Is there a local Video expert that can help? We have had some success lowering the gain settings, however this seems to bring out more of a red-ish skin tone. The blooming is under control, however the light reflections off of skin varies from person to person and can be distracting. Skin tones and color are good but not what we expected. We have mounted these cameras approximately 80 feet from the stage and are using standard stage incandescent spot lights with LED room lighting. Room lighting is kept low during the performances. We have performed a good white balance on cameras.
