EOS R5 C - greyed out firmware , cannot update

I have a canon R5C

I have tried multiple times update new firmware, but it is greyed out

followed instructions with exactness

Initiated new card, copied FIR file to root directory (using NH from canon 2130mah)

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Just got this fixed you can only update your firmware from a SD card !!

Cannot update from a CF express slot, SD only
