topic Channel 2 of EOS C300 Mark II not working properly in Professional Video

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with channel 2 of the canon C300 mk2 cameras. I can see the signal coming in and can monitor it via headphones, but all I get when I listen to the recoding is a very faint and distorted sound I can barely hear. This bot with a +48 mic or a wireless mic set. Any clue? Channel 2 is set to CH2 in the audio settings.

Thanks

Hello Alfredo_B,

I would like to try and clarify a few things if possible to try troubleshooting this with you. When you say that you can "monitor it via headphones", does that mean the audio is clear and relayed properly there? How are you listening back to the recordings? Is that on the camera or a computer perhaps?

Hi John thanks for your question and interest about my query. Yes I could hear the sound via the headphones and listen it back via my mac. But I solved the problem. It was a card problem, or at least so it looks like as I changed card and so far I can record the 2 channel with no sound issues.
