PTZ Camera CR-N300 keeps losing focus

Hello,

We have been having an issue with our PTZ . We use it for our livestream and have it set on the altar. There are people moving on the altar, but it continues to lose focus constantly. I have auto-focus on and I have cleaned the lens with an appropriate lens wipe and inspected to make sure there were no scratches. Please what can we do to fix this.

Are there elements behind your subject that have competing points of contrast? This might happen if there is a plant blowing in the wind or lights that adjust behind or in front of the subject, for example.

Are you seeing the issue happen regardless of the subject and lighting conditions?

It might also help if you disconnect and reconnect the cables on the camera and controller, just to make sure they are securely connected.
