Greetings,

You'll need to speak with the parties capturing your footage. I'm not sure how eye/face tracking would cause warping in close up shots, handheld. The feature tracks subjects, it doesn't modify what's captured. I am not aware of any way to remove it since its part of the AF and not something that alters captured footage.

Hi there,

I'm currently working on a show as an editor and after putting all the footage into my editing software I have noticed that the camera team accidentally activated some sort of eye/face tracking on their C300 iii, because of this a lot of the shots are warping (CU shots, handheld with talent moving around a bit too much).

Is there a way to remove this? Is this just metadata I can remove or is it all in camera and unfixable?

Sorry I am not very experienced with Canon's.

Thanks!
