Hello Doug-Haase123,

The Canon XC15 is capable of live HDMI output. You would need an HDMI capture card to receive that signal.

Not directly from the camera - you would need an external encoder.
Camera to Laptop into OBS - stream from there.
Camera to any hardware device ( e.g. AJA HELO) - stream from it
