hello everyone, my xa20 camera is zooming out by its own. is there something to do? this is making my work very hard.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The XA20 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

ok thanks. but i read in this forum that this problem is common with this series of cameras- the xa. and that auto zoom problem happend to the xa50 as well. also the problem happend to the xa20 when this model was new as well. so i would happy to buy a new camera but seems to me that canon cameras have this problem that isnt adreesed properly by the company/ what should i do? i would like to buy a canon video camera but this problem scares me/
