SMPTE 292M (HD SDI) signal from the EOS C200/300/700 cameras

Hi.

Currently testing with a C200 here, but is there a way to get a standard HDSDI SMPTE 292M signal from SDI from these cameras? Or is the C200 specific in not allowing that?

Any help apeciated.

Hello gunleik,

The HD-SDI output from the EOS C200 will do SMPTE 292 and SMPTE ST 299-1. There is no mention in the manual about SMPTE 292M, if this is different than SMPTE 292, it may explain the disparity.
