      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would assume the answer to be yes. &amp;nbsp;USB ports do not put out sufficient voltage to charge most DSLR batteries. &amp;nbsp;I would assume that would apply to video camera batteries, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
