    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi antonioderosa,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for checking in with us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you suggested, the EOS C500 has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery that stores your settings. It should draw power from the main battery, but if it has been completely depleted because the main battery has disconnected for a few weeks, then you may need to connect the compact power adapter to the camera and then plug into an outlet for 24 hours while the camera is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If problems persist, I suggest that you email us at cinemaeos@cits.canon.com with details about your camera, your date of purchase, and the state from where you are sending the camera, and we'll walk you through the repair process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after last shooting (i've posted some grab in another discussion) i've decided to get this C500 for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've only one problem, i need to change internal backup battery, I've already tried to keep in charge with AC, nothing changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, i need to send the camera to official canon assistance or may i do myself?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
